A Short Video on the Matter of FGM

This video goes over the opposing sides of FGM with one woman wanting to become a social worker to put a halt to this dangerous and debilitating procedure while another woman who works with preforming the actual circumcisions believes that being cut is the best way to go. It goes over the notion that this practice is used as a tool of oppression to control women's sexuality. It goes over bewildering myths such as an uncut woman growing a clitoris so large that it will sweep across the ground or that if a woman is uncut, she is a prostitute.
